A child entering your life as a new member of your family is truly a special time. Whether by birth or adoption, this is a time to honour and celebrate such a blessing. A Baptism, Christening, Child Welcoming or Baby Naming Ceremony is a warm excompassing celebration of the safe arrival of a new life, your precious gift. Non-denominational, interfaith, and secular ceremonies witness and honour the role that parents, siblings, grandparents, godparents, friends and/or extended family will play in this new baby or child’s life, establishing a foundation for a rich and meaningful life. If you want to demonstrate this love for your child in a symbolic ritual, then Lynne Langille can develop and lead an appropriate ceremony to honour your child. Lynne performs ceremonies which can be non-denominational and recognized by all Christian churches or she can perform spiritual or secular ceremonies without any religious elements. The ceremony may be held at a location of the parents choosing. In your home, a garden, a hotel, with Godparents or sponsors, family and friends in attendance. A beautiful ceremony in your home surrounded by family and friends is a wonderful experience. Invite family and friends to the ceremony and celebrate the arrival of your precious child together. Ceremonies can be held for children of any age - and adults too! - however, they are held most frequently when the children are two and under. Our Child Ceremony Fee is usually $300 (unless there's extra travel required) and this includes
